After his appointment by the President of Pakistan, Professor Arshad Saleem Bhatti, Ph.D. formally assume responsibility for President of Virtual University of Pakistan today at the University Headquarters, Islamabad.
Prof. Bhatti, a distinguished scientist, renowned educationist and recipient of Tamgha-i-Imtiaz and Sitara-i-Imtiaz awards, returns to lead the university after a highly successful tenure marked by academic excellence, innovation, institutional growth and increased global recognition.
